The steps are sturdy once set up. They work as anticipated making maneuvering around the tree in my JX3 much more enjoyable. Setting up is the most difficult thing for me but I'm new ti sling hunting and have only set-up a couple times.

Awesome saddle I replaced an original buzzard roost with buckle waste belt and detachable bridge. .I do like the rope belt instead of buckle, and the step through bridge is no big deal.Plenty of length on belt and bridge when loosen up to get size 15 boots through it no problem. got the extra pouch that says it's brown.The pic on the website is a pretty accurate color of it.Great saddle from Bullman and buzzard roost.

Great Ring Of Steps ,Best On The Market....

I was looking for a solid minimalist set up to hunt some areas that require effort to access. Using these with my top step. Makes for a nice light package with plenty of shooting options

Very happy with my purchase - these steps feel super stable and fit into my hunting pack along with all my saddle hunting equipment, light weight and easily portable.

I have bought every iteration of these steps since 2018 or 19 and just could not love them. I had issues with every one from stability, to bulk, to attachments, but the origin steps took all of the short comings of the other versions and threw it right out the window. These steps are incredible and i have a feeling I’ll have a few sets of high end sticks for sale soon. And customer service is amazing. I received my steps the day before veteran’s day, and got my steps but only had half the amount of attachments for them. I sent an email that evening, (on Monday) response was fast and I received the rest of them on either Wednesday or Thursday. You can’t ask for better people or a better way to climb.

Im 58 years old and been bowhunting for 45 yrs. This is the coolest and most efficient way to saddle hunt. Period. Ive tried multiple systems and there is nothing close! Great gear!

I ordered the ring of steps and the climbing steps. I love them both. Previously I used the climbing sticks and platform. It really doesnt take any longer to climb up with steps vs sticks once u get the hang of it. And the ring of steps is awesome. It is so nice to be able to walk around tree. Gives u alot more mobility to shoot in different directions and hide behind the tree while doing it. Good product.

I like the comfort of the saddle and how compact the unit is. It took me awhile to get comfortable with the rope system but now I wouldn’t go back to anything else. Highly recommended

This is the best systemI have used in my years of saddle hunting. Before using these, and the ring of steps, I was a die-hard Lattitude carbon stick and platform guy - still am; however, the ease of use, lower weight AND the ring of steps (game changer), are in my pack for the remainder of deer season. I live in central Virginia and bow hunt all season. This is my new go to. Well done Bullman!
