Return Policy
We offer a 30-day, satisfaction guaranteed return policy, effective upon date of receival. We will check the tracking for date of delivery and go off that date. To be eligible for a full product refund, items must be in the same condition as you received them. There must be no excessive wear or damage to items. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if items are not returned in the same condition and will not issue a refund for any items that have excessive wear or damage caused by the customer. We will also charge a 10% restocking fee for having to disassemble steps from straps or ropes and for having to clean dirty items.
We do not refund for shipping fees that were charged to ship your item. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, tracking information, and lost or stolen return shipments.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and if in original condition a full product refund will be issued, please allow 7-14 days for refund to be received.

Warranty
Bullman Outdoors offers a 1-year warranty starting at the date of purchase. Our warranty covers something wrong with the construction or manufacturing of the product. Warranty does not cover standard wear or tear or misuse. Please inspect your products at the time of arrival and send an email to customersupport@bullmanoutdoors.com with any concerns or missing items so we can make the issue right. Please include customer name, order number, and a photo of the defect with a brief description
